Mom's really DO think their kids are the cutest even when they're not

Once upon a time, I might have been offended by the "chubby" remarks that were constantly given to Gabe.  I would think, "He's really not that chubby!"  

Whoa, was that a mother's bias.  I came across some old Gabe pics, from just after his first birthday, and, MAN, he was a SOLID DUDE!

I compare that to A Day in the Life of Gabe:

He still has cheeks, but everything else has slimmed down SO much!
